What Internet connection do I need?
You need a stable Internet connection. If possible, connect your TV or box using Ethernet. 4K and watching on 3 devices at once require more bandwidth. If playback stops, contact us with your device and connection details.
Which subscription lengths are available and how do I renew?
Choose 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months from our plans. Renewal is manual: contact us to extend your subscription. There is no automatic renewal.
